Does this replace our agency's own records?
No. CheckSync works alongside your agency's records. It gives you an independent, site-level verified record that you control. You're not relying on the agency's records alone.
What hardware do we need?
One Android tablet per site entrance, available from around £150. CheckSync runs as a native APK. No corporate IT infrastructure, no MDM, no specialist installation. We handle provisioning.
Does it work if our WiFi is unreliable?
Yes. The terminal queues sign-ins locally and syncs when connectivity returns. Biometric verification requires a live connection by design, to protect the identity guarantee.
How are workers enrolled?
Workers are enrolled once, either on-site at the terminal or through your agency. The mathematical embedding is stored against their record. The enrolment takes under two minutes.
Is this GDPR compliant?
CheckSync is designed with GDPR Article 9 in mind. No face photographs are stored, only mathematical embeddings. Explicit consent is captured before enrolment. Your organisation acts as data controller. A signed Data Processing Addendum is included with every deployment.
