Every sign-in and sign-out is stored in the audit log, filterable by contractor, company, date and site, and exportable for H&S inspections or procurement reviews.
The problem

Contractors arrive and leave throughout the day, often without a formal sign-in process. When an incident occurs or an audit is requested, reconstructing who was on site and when becomes a manual investigation with incomplete records.
