Scope: These terms apply to this marketing site and demo materials only (checksync.ultrafastdigital.com). They do not constitute a master service agreement or a contract for the provision of the CheckSync platform. Production services are provided under a separate written contract agreed between Ultrafast Digital and the customer organisation.
Use of this site
- No purchasing, checkout or subscription signup is available on this site.
- Demo materials are provided 'as is' for evaluation purposes only. They do not represent a commitment to any specific feature, availability or pricing.
- You must not misuse this site - including attempting to circumvent security controls, uploading unlawful content, scraping data for commercial purposes, or infringing intellectual property.
- Access to the client login gateway (/access) is intended for authorised customers of CheckSync only.
Intellectual property
All content on this site - including branding, logos, UI assets, copy, screenshots and code samples - is owned by or licensed to Ultrafast Digital unless otherwise noted. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of these materials outside of normal browsing.
Third-party product names or marks referenced on this site are shown for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
- Authentication in customer dashboard environments uses Auth0. Auth0's own terms and privacy notice apply when authentication is in use.
- This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's terms and privacy notice apply to infrastructure-level processing.
- Contact form submissions are delivered via MailChannels. No contact data is retained by MailChannels beyond delivery.
