Offline & 4G Terminal
Built for sites where
Wi-Fi isn't reliable.
CheckSync is designed for real operational sites where Wi-Fi may be unreliable. Supported terminal flows can queue locally during connectivity loss and sync when the connection returns — keeping check-in running without depending on your internal network.
Terminals can run on a 4G/5G SIM instead of internal Wi-Fi — deployable anywhere on site without network infrastructure changes.
The problem
Operational sites aren't built
like offices. Their networks aren't either.
Depots, warehouses, manufacturing plants and construction sites weren't designed around stable Wi-Fi coverage. Visitor management software that depends entirely on a constant network connection fails the moment connectivity drops.
Wi-Fi dead zones across large floor areas
Warehouse racking, steel structures and large open areas create Wi-Fi dead zones. Terminals placed at site entrances, loading bays or remote gates often sit outside reliable coverage.
IT teams can't always extend internal networks
Adding a new network point to a depot or factory entrance requires IT involvement, procurement and often significant lead time. A SIM-based terminal bypasses this dependency entirely.
Connectivity loss stops check-in
Software that requires a live connection to process each sign-in stops working the moment connectivity is lost. On an operational site, that means a queue at the entrance and an incomplete attendance record.
Offline operation
Queue locally.
Sync when back online.
When connectivity is lost, supported terminal flows continue to operate. Sign-in events are queued locally on the terminal and synced to the dashboard when the connection returns — so the attendance record stays complete even during a connectivity gap.
Supported sign-in flows queue locally during connectivity loss
Records sync automatically when the connection is restored
Terminal continues operating without requiring IT intervention
Connectivity status visible on the terminal screen
Dashboard reflects synced records as soon as connectivity returns

4G / 5G deployment
Deploy anywhere on site
with a SIM card.
CheckSync terminals are suitable for 4G/5G SIM-based deployment. Instead of depending on your internal Wi-Fi network, the terminal uses a mobile data connection — deployable at any entrance, gate or bay without network infrastructure changes.
Terminals suitable for 4G/5G SIM-based deployment
No dependency on internal Wi-Fi or corporate network changes
Deploy at any entrance, loading bay, gate or remote location
Reduces IT involvement and infrastructure lead time for new deployments
Keeps check-in separated from the corporate LAN for security
Hardware
Runs on cost-effective
Android tablet hardware.
CheckSync Terminal is designed to run on Android tablet hardware — including cost-effective devices suitable for operational environments. No proprietary hardware lock-in, no expensive kiosk units required for basic deployment.
Android tablet is the primary deployment target
Designed for kiosk-style operation — landscape, touch-first
Cost-effective hardware suitable for budget-conscious operational sites
No proprietary hardware required for standard deployments
APK deployment path for Android — no app store dependency

Honest about offline capability
Designed for resilience.
Not marketed as always-on.
CheckSync is designed to handle connectivity loss gracefully for supported sign-in flows. It is not marketed as fully offline — some features require a live connection to operate. We'd rather be honest about what works offline than overclaim and disappoint in production.
Offline queueing is available for supported sign-in flows — not all platform features
4G/5G SIM deployment reduces connectivity risk but does not eliminate it
Dashboard features require an active connection to update in real time
